Analysis & Final Conclusions

Automotive Bulb

The bulb got brighter and brighter the more batteries I added to the circuit!

The wire in the bulb barely glowed with just one battery, but it got visibly and measurably brighter with every battery added.

I even found and used a seventh battery when I had used all that I had prepared and the bulb was still getting brighter.

Was my hypothesis right?

Yes!!!

Adding more energy/voltage/current to a circuit lighting a bulb results in brighter light output so long as you don't add more current than the bulb can manage.
