Freezing cold in Wisconsin
In Wisconsin the temperatures on Monday and Tuesday, January 6th and 7th in 2014 were hovering around -45 degrees F, including the wind chill, canceling most of the schools. Lots of cars were not working and some were just breaking down and same with some busses for schools. You could get frostbite in around 10 minutes if you stand outside for that long, so people dressed as warm as they could.
