Dear Area 31 Entrepreneurs and Friends,
Make sure you book your slot with our partners to get advice on access to public funding. They'll be available for one-on-one meetings during the Financial Clinic on Thursday. Also on Thursday, you can find the right team for your Venture Lab project during the Venture Lab Networking event. On Friday, Elle magazine and IE Business School, will select and announce the winner of the Elle Talent Competition. For those enrolled in the Executive MBA, there will be an exclusive workshop on Saturday.

Our partners will meet entrepreneurs one-on-one to help push their projects by providing a global vision on Public funding opportunities for their startups. This will be especially useful for those incorporated in Spain and a clear business model. First sales are required, however break-even is not. Register here.
Venture Lab Networking

This is a networking event to allow entrepreneurs enrolled in the Venture Lab to find the right team and increase their chances of success, and for those looking for opportunities in the most exciting startups. Elle Talent Finals

Elle magazine has selected the 5 most creative, innovative and viable proposals. A jury composed of experts from Elle and IE Business School will gather to select the finalist for the competition. The third edition of the Elle Talent Project focuses on fashion, design or beauty projects. Its main objective is to search for talent and incentivize tomorrow's entrepreneurs.
Executive MBA Workshop

Professor Gema Sotoca will lead this workshop, exclusive for students enrolled in IE's Executive MBA program.
OPPORTUNITIES
Lawards by Law Schools Global League and Ontier
Deadline: May 31st
The Law Schools Global League is launching, with the support of Ontier, the first edition of the Lawards: Innovation in Law Awards, an initiative aiming to discover and promote early innovators who are disrupting the legal services industry in ways that help promote the cause of justice. In the first edition, the focus is on tech-based solutions to improve access to justice of underserved persons and communities anywhere in the world.
All innovators working on solutions to improve access to justice broadly understood are invited to apply to the Award. All details regarding participation are available on https://lawschoolsgloballeague.com/lawards-innovation-law-awards/

Campus Residency By Google
Campus Residency gives you six months of support and will be focused on B2C startups with an existing product which together with Google's mentors and experts in their network can scale their business.
It is an equity free program and tailored to the needs of each startup
Drawing ED EXPO
Drawing ED EXPO 2017 is an exhibition fair with stands and presentations by kids between 10 to 16 years old; where they will give real solutions for a better coexistence in society.
Its an innovative and transformative event, that has the firm purpose of going in depth and raising awareness about the coexistence between cultures and people in the cities.
There are two ways you can collaborate:
1) Assessing the projects
2) Mentoring
