Athletes of the Week
CHS is proud to announce the
Athletes of the Week for Sept 25-Oct 1
Kyle Gougeon, Sophomore - Varsity Soccer
In 3 games this week, Kyle elevated his game to help the Trojans to 2 victories. He recorded the game-winning goal over Port Huron Northern on Wednesday night. According to Coach Wickham, “Kyle has added another element to our attack. His high energy and goal scoring mentality has made us a better team.” He has 5 goals and 5 assists on the season.
Hayley Kauffman, Senior - Varsity Volleyball
As a 4-year player in the volleyball program, Hayley has stepped up this year for the 4-0 Trojans. Hayley had a stellar week during the Tribune Tournament, CHS Quad, Oakland Christian and Lamphere games where she served up 10 aces to bring us back from a deficit, added 13 kill points and had 17 blocks.

All Clawson Teams continue to Follow Safety Protocols at Practice
All coaches and team personnel wear face masks at all times. All players wear face masks when it is safe to do so - arriving at practice, leaving practice, drink breaks and instruction - and when not participating in "high-intensity" aerobic exercise.
Some other safety protocols that in place for all sports are:
- Hands are sanitized often - between drills and during drink breaks
- All players have their own water bottles
- Players and coaches are keeping spaced 6 feet as much as possible
- Equipment is sanitized often during practice
