APS and Rodney Schilt Honored With Luminous Eagle Award

The National School Boards Association and the National Council of American Indian Alaska Native School Board Members (AIAN), awarded Adair Public Schools and Board President Rodney Schilt with the 2021 Luminous Eagle Award for distinguished service.

Part of the award is a $2500 DonorsChoose Gift code made out to the District and may be applied to a number of classroom projects.

APS appreciates Mr. Schilt's service and dedication in ensuring equity for every student.

Order of Odd Fellows and Utopia Church Donate Socks and Shoes

The Independent Order of Odd Fellows from Pryor supplied several of our elementary students with new pair of shoes. The Utopia Baptist Church gave each student a package of socks to go along with the new shoes. Thank you for supporting our students!

Senior Parents Fill out the FAFSA

The 2022-23 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®) launched at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. New and returning students who plan to attend college between July 1, 2022, and June 30, 2023, should complete the FAFSA as soon as possible. To assist students and parents in the process, the Department’s Federal Student Aid (FSA) office has been sharing tips @FAFSA, including “7 Things You Need Before Filling Out the FAFSA Form” and “8 Steps to Completing the FAFSA Form.”
