Mrs. Stasney's 3rd Grade News
For the Week of March 18th
Welcome Back!
I hope everyone had a restful Spring Break and had the opportunity to get outside to enjoy the beautiful weather! My family went camping for 3 days, and it was absolutely wonderful! :)
We have about 5 weeks of school until those big ugly tests from the state, so the students and I will be working hard learning the last bit of 3rd grade curriculum and reviewing everything we've learned since August!
Biography Projects!
The Friday before Spring Break (doesn't that seem so long ago??), the students each presented their biography projects to the rest of the class. Let me tell you, I was SO impressed with the students' work! This was a very time-consuming and (at times) frustrating project for both the students and I, but I was very pleased with the final projects! I'm going to display the posters in the hallways for a while and ask Ms. Reyna if we can display the pizza boxes in the library for a little bit before they come home with the students!
