Book Character Dress Up Day!

First through fifth grade scholars are invited to come to school dressed as their favorite book character on Wednesday, October 31! We look forward to seeing all of the characters pop out of the books and come to life all around Bryan Road!

Kindergarten Letterland Parade!

Kindergarten families are invited to come see Letterland characters come to life through our kindergarten scholars! We will have a Letterland parade at 9:30 am on the first floor of Bryan Road on Wednesday, October 31! Kindergarteners should come to school dressed as the Letterland character of their choice!

Parking may be tight, so please park on the street (Bryan Road) if the parking lot spaces are filled.

Please provide a change of clothes for your little one if they need to change out of their outfit after the parade. They are also welcome to stay in character throughout the day!

Kindness Tree

The holidays are just around the corner! This year, the Student Services Team is going to have a Clothing Drive to help support Note in the Pocket. Note in the Pocket is a non-profit agency that partners with Wake County Schools to provide free clothing to students in need. Because their inventory is solely based on donations, they are especially in need during the holiday season as a high number of referrals come to them. What a better way to give back to, not only our students, but all Wake County students than to help support this amazing agency?!

Bryan Road will have a holiday tree set up in the front foyer for donations to be put under. The Clothing Drive will run from Monday, November 26th through Thursday, December 6th. Some items may be kept at Bryan Road in case of student emergencies such as accidents, nose bleeds, etc.

The Clothing Drive is for any gender and all ages, as Note in the Pocket provides clothing to, not only students, but their families as well.

Please help your Bryan Road Student Services Team get in the holiday spirit by donating clothing this holiday season!

Dolly Parton's Imagination Library

In an effort to foster a love of reading, Dolly Parton established a program that provides scholars ages 5 and under a specially selected book each month that is grade appropriate. Take a peek and sign up if you're interested!
