They're watching us

"You wear a mask so long, you forget who you were beneath it."

V was the one who stated the quote. What he really meant was if you hide your true identity, you will forgot who you really are. In a distopian society, people hide themselves and becomes an ideal person for the distopian society. They feared that if they don't do what the government says, something horrible might happen to them. In today's world, Alot of people hides their faces for many reasons. Some can be little or big. Mainly it is to protect them from being weirded or hated.

World is already messed up.

In a world we live in today is like living in a dystopian world. People are still being treated as dirt because of discrimination, religion, sexual preferences, or personal reasons. There's still conflict with other countries. People are still hungry, homeless, or unemployed. Our society are becoming more private and isolated from other people. The people are never satisfied for what they what instead of what they need.

Society is very complex. People can either love it or hate it. Commonly a lot of people looks at world like it's rotting away. Some people lost faith of good in human or doesn't really care for other. Now a days, people in society look out for their own. Meaning they look after themselves, friends, and family. Anyone they don't know are strangers to them.

There's a strong of want more than need in Society. Whenever the issue is either major or minor, there's always a want. Humans start to engulf with greed that it can go out of hands, especially with the government. Needless to say there is some people out there that either do care about the needs more than the wants. But some either want to help yet they're not motivated or just busy with their own problems.

The sound of silence-Simon & Garfunkel by zafer-sen

The Sound of Silence

Hello darkness, my old friend
I've come to talk with you again
Because a vision softly creeping
Left its seeds while I was sleeping
And the vision that was planted in my brain
Still remains
Within the sound of silence

In restless dreams I walked alone
Narrow streets of cobblestone
'Neath the halo of a street lamp
I turned my collar to the cold and damp
When my eyes were stabbed by the flash of a neon light
That split the night
And touched the sound of silence

And in the naked light I saw
Ten thousand people, maybe more
People talking without speaking
People hearing without listening
People writing songs that voices never share
And no one dared
Disturb the sound of silence

"Fools", said I, "You do not know
Silence like a cancer grows
Hear my words that I might teach you
Take my arms that I might reach you"
But my words, like silent raindrops fell
And echoed
In the wells of silence

And the people bowed and prayed
To the neon god they made
And the sign flashed out its warning
In the words that it was forming
And the sign said, "The words of the prophets are written on the subway walls
And tenement halls"
And whispered in the sounds of silence

The song is called Sound of Silence by Simon and Garfunkel. It relates to a Dystopian society because how dark and depressing a dystopian is. Some of the lyrics says how people talked yet they're not saying anything or how they hear but not actually listening. It's like how dystopian government teaches you the wrongs things. One person who still kept his knowledges tries to prevent it for happening but, no one listens. On the last verse, it says that they worship a "neon god" basically saying they're only relying on the dystopian leader or some sort.

Even some kid tv shows have shown Apple related items and stores. Almost everywhere you will see someone using an Apple product.
