Job Description

This position will provide HRBP support for the Quality, Regulatory & Compliance (107 employees) and Global Technical Solutions (182 employees) as well as secondary support to the remainder of the Global Supply Chain COEs for Global Supply Chain (total 194 employees) organization. The HRBP will be responsible for building the required skills and competencies of the entire resource including process re-design, leading and managing change and creating a culture that drives partnerships, value creation and accountability.
