Literacy Night

Literacy Night was a hit! We were competing with many sporting events that night but we still had a nice turnout! We had about 60 people attend and we had 50 copies of Mr. Sheehy's book for sale, and we sold all but 7 of them that night. It was a fantastic evening, a great opportunity to talk about reading and reading activities, and fun for the students. Thank you to everyone who volunteered and thank you to Debra for securing our author. Thank you for Sue as well, since she had the connection! Thank you to Amanda for organizing and planning it all!

Obsolete Textbooks

In regards to the disposal of obsolete textbooks and books, please focus on these items only at this time. Eric has asked that we take this one step at a time. If you have other items that you would like to dispose of, keep those for now. Thank you!

End of Year

The Business Office is streamlining procedures for ordering and maintaining inventory. This will help with ordering procedures, including workbooks.

Thank you for filling out the inventory google doc (grade level chairs) as well as the textbook order forms that have already been completed.

I know it's one more thing to do, but it is worthwhile and would not be asked of you if it wasn't needed.

You will check out for the summer during the afternoon of June 12. I will be asking that all grade levels leave the blue folders in a common place this year. I need to be able to access these if needed, so they need to be here at school. Last year proved to be a time when they were needed. Please be prepared to turn these folders in. I will keep them in the library office for the summer, and hopefully I will not need to access them.

Behavior RTI

If you have a student who has a behavior RTI goal, we need to set up a meeting this week with Michelle, myself, and the RTI ladies. Please contact Michelle ASAP. Thank you.
