Example #2 Day- Sunday, Time- 2pm Situation- At my brothers' football game and I run into kids from school. We talk for 5 min. What I'm thinking- They are a year ahead of me. I am surprised they came over to say hi. My anxiety level- medium
Example #3 Day- Tuesday, Time- 7 pm Situation- Working on a group project for science. What I'm thinking- Everyone understands this stuff better than I do. They think I'm stupid. My anxiety level- high What's it like to pay attention to your feelings of anxiety by keeping a log? Does keeping a log make you more or less anxious? Look back over your log? See any patterns?
