Friday Night Football Games at KP High
From the KP High School Principal, Dr. Mobley:
We have a few reminders as we start off our high school sports season:
- All elementary and middle school-aged students must attend football games with an adult.
- The free entrance with a Pop Warner jersey program is no longer running (i.e. children with Pop Warner jerseys are no longer able to attend footall games for free).
- Students who attend games are expected to be good spectators. Let's represent our school with positivity!

Universal Free Lunch & Free/Reduced Update for 2022-2023
Dear Parents and Caregivers,
We want to update you with exciting news about universal free school meals. The Commonwealth of Massachusetts has decided to extend free school meals for all students through the 2022-2023 school year! This means that meals will continue to be served at no cost to all students.
Please note that even though meals will be free for all, it is very important for families to still complete the household Application for Free and Reduced Price Meals for the 2022-2023 school year. You can view and complete the application below. Meal applications can also be found in the main office, the guidance office, and the kitchen office at both King Philip High School and King Philip Middle School. We strongly encourage ALL families to submit this form as it allows us to establish eligibility for P-EBT benefits and may allow fees to be waived for certain school activities and clubs.
In addition, please consider applying for SNAP, the federal nutrition program that provides eligible residents with monthly financial assistance to purchase groceries. More SNAP information can be found at gettingsnap.org or by calling Project Bread’s FoodSource Hotline at 1-800-645-8333.
For school year 22-23, the cost of a second student meal will be $3.50 and the cost of a second breakfast which is available at the HS only will be $2.00. Lunch accounts can be set up at www.myschoolbucks.com or funds may be deposited directly to a student account at the point-of-sale register. Lunch accounts may be used to purchase a second meal and a variety of A-List snacks
The food and nutrition department at KING PHILIP REGIONAL SCHOOL DISTRICT thanks you for your patience awaiting this news! As always, we are grateful for the opportunity to provide nourishing and healthy meals to all King Philip students so please reach out to us with any questions or concerns.
Best,
