We are so thankful for Officer Buchanan
SHE Families,
We are so grateful for Officer Chris Buchanan at Sam Houston. He served us part time last year as our Student Resource Officer and we were fortunate to have him join us full time this year! Safety is our number one priority at SHE. You will see Officer Buchanan daily at arrival and dismissal. He spends his days patrolling our hallways, building relationships with our students, having lunch with kids, speaking in classrooms, and even playing basketball on the playground. He is a friend and role model to all our Smokies and works hard every day to make sure we are safe. Officer Buchanan has a beautiful family. He and his wife are expecting their 3rd baby girl in February. We are thrilled to have him as part of our staff.
