What Are We Learning?
Homework- Students bring home a reading log every Monday. These are due back to school on Friday morning (unless absent). They are only required to respond to their reading three times each week. Each student has a list of reading responses in their binder. Some of the responses are very quick and easy. However, I do expect them to use complete sentences, punctuation, and detail in their work.
Reading- Read Like a Historian: Continue with Sacagawea. Students will identify text features that authors use ( compare/contrast, sequence/chronological events, problem/solution, cause/effect).
Writing- Students will continue working on google classroom to complete biography project.
Math- Prime and composite numbers. We will also complete our end of module test this week on division.
Science/ Social Studies- Water cycle and weather instruments
