Obtain knowledge on the electrical and casualty risks associated with fire response involving PV systems and the traditional firefighter tactics for suppression, ventilation and overhaul. Here’s a brand new course released by the IAFC Firefighter Safety Through Advanced Research (FSTAR) program. It is an on-line course listed as 1.5 hours to complete. It is based on a double LODD in Texas at a residential ranch home fire in which wind driven fire conditions were significant factors in their death.
