One Hour of Deep Yoga-Stretches ending with Nancy's tranquil guided meditation. Increase flexibility while stretching out tired, over-worked muscles. Leave feeling deeply relaxed and rejuvenated.

Classes are held in Nancy's zen-like Om Studio.

Wednesday's 7-8:00 p.m.

Thursday's 6-7:00 p.m.


Classes are limited to 8 people
