Resurrection-St. Paul School
Encounter Christ's Presence - Year of the Eucharist
January 30, 2022
Today marks the beginning of Catholic Schools Week. This year's theme is “Catholic Schools: Faith. Excellence. Service.” Each day we will host events to celebrate different members of the RSPS community from priests, to parents, to students, and teachers. Through these events, we will focus and celebrate the value Catholic education provides to young people and its contributions to our church, our communities and our nation.
As part of Community Appreciation Day, we have partnered with UMMS to offer another vaccine clinic on Wednesday, February 2nd. The clinic will run from 2:30-6:00 PM in the cafeteria. Booster shots WILL BE available to individuals 12+ and walk-ins are welcome. To schedule an appointment, please call 410-328-4250 and press 2. See the attached flyer for more information.
We know there is frustration and confusion about the every changing requirements for vaccines. Currently, students 12 years of age or older are considered fully vaccinated:
- If they are at least 2 weeks past and within 5 months of their 2nd dose of Covid-19 vaccine.
- If they are 5 months past their 2nd dose of Covid-19 vaccine and have received a booster dose.
- Students who have been identified as close contacts of individuals diagnosed with Covid-19 are required to quarantine if they are not fully vaccinated nor have been diagnosed with Covid-19 infection in the past 90 days.
- Students identified as close contacts who are not fully vaccinated are required to quarantine. Some students required to quarantine may be eligible for the Test to Stay quarantine modification.
- If you have any questions, please reach out to Nurse Julie Rice.
We hope you have a nice Sunday, and we are looking forward to a great Catholic Schools Week!
Sincerely,
Ryan Hellem

Johns Hopkins School Culture and Climate Survey
This is a great opportunity for us to ask everyone involved in our school about important elements of school life that matter for your child’s success. This deep dive examines five core areas of school culture: academic life, administration and governance, communality, “the whole child,” and organizational identity. Please help provide us feedback by taking the survey below (~10 minutes).
Thank you for your ongoing commitment and support of all of us at RSPS!

Playground supervisors work with faculty, staff and administration to ensure that the school's health and safety rules are followed as well as interact with students and encourage appropriate play and student behavior. Please review the available slots below for Grades 2-6 and click on the button to sign up. Volunteers are always welcome for the other grades as well. Thank you! REMINDER - if the feel like temp is below 32 degrees, or if it is raining, recess will be indoors.
