A Note From Your Executive Director...
"Find Common Ground. Find what unites you rather that what separates you."
Team,
I trust that your time off was just what you needed and that you are now ready to hit the ground running! :) The next few weeks will be busy with leveling and staffing for next school year. As you think about what your school family will look like, consider the following questions:
1. Are the people on your team actively working toward the mission of your school and have you communicated what it means to be a part of your team?
2. As you interview candidates, how will you know that their qualities match what your campus needs?
3. What does the ideal candidate look like to you and your leadership team?
4. What are the needs of your campus? Will you need to make courageous moves in the best interest of student success?
Remember to consistently communicate priorities in order for everyone to remain on the same page!
Here's to another great week of teaching and learning!
