Balfour Senior Orders
This week the Balfour representative came to speak to our students about the Graduation Supply Fee and other things that may be ordered from Balfour. Each senior should have received an envelope with all information in it. Below you will find a recap of what was presented.
The website is linked below the recap. To view products on the website, click "Senior Products - Cap and Gown." Then click, "Deshler High School."
Important Reminders:
- Balfour will be back on campus to take orders on Wednesday, November 29 (10:30 am-12:00 pm). After this date, you may order online at www.MRMgradsales.com or by mail
- Have your order form completely filled out before the designated time to order. This includes adding all amounts to get your product total, 9% sales tax, sub-total, shipping, and grand total amounts to equal your amount due.
- Make sure the student name is PRINTED CAREFULLY in the blocks on the first line EXACTLY like you want it printed on your Personalized Name Cards (item #2). Please use upper and lowercase letters when completing your name. Balfour recommends using your full name.
- Be sure to include the Graduation Supply Fee on line 24 of your order form (unless you order a package). Please complete cap and gown information located in the bottom left on the Senior Order Form. It is very important to provide accurate height and weight. Failure to do so could result in additional cost.
- Payment can be made by cash, money order, personal checks, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Personal checks should be made payable to Mike Mills & Assoc. with the student's name, phone number, and school name along the top of all checks. Any returned check will result in a returned check fee. If a check is returned, the order will be cancelled immediately.
Deadline for Ordering/Late Order Fees
All graduation orders are due by February 23, 2024. Orders placed after the February 24th deadline, MUST add a late fee of $25.00 on Line 27 of the order form. The order form enclosed in the packet given to students can not be used after March 15, 2024.
Graduation Supply Fee

Additional items may be purchased from Balfour. These items include, but are not limited to, graduation announcements, name cards, envelopes, thank-you notes, senior shirts, hoodies, and keepsakes.
