Listening and learning about reasons to be thankful and following directions MATH: Identifying sizes of shapes, seeing how long certain objects and counting 1-10 SS/SCI: Investigating how and why things move and planting an amaryllis | KindergartenELA: Read Time to Sleep and learned about hibernation. Letters /p/ and /j/ and items that start with those sounds. Continue to write a sentence. MATH: Comparing lengths and learning about the number line (placing numbers on the line and playing a game with the line) SS/Sci: Explore animals that hibernate and how they prepare for winter. | 1st Grade ELA: Reading nonfiction and discussing text features and vocabulary. Learning about digraphs, bonus letters and the glued sound -all. Continuing to write narratives (small moment stories).
