Welcome Back!
I would like to take a moment to welcome everyone back to another year as we have had a great six weeks to begin the 2021-22 school year. It has been great to have our students back in our building and to see them interacting with fellow students and faculty members to make the most of their high school years. Although it is our mission to provide our students with the best education possible, we also want to encourage them to be as active as possible within the school and community to make a positive difference. It is our goal that each student will be a part of at least one after school club or organization that encourages volunteering, teamwork, and helping others. As a school we are appreciative of the support we receive from our parents as we face issues such as Covid within our community. Please know that we will always do everything we can within our school to protect the health of each student so that they can continue their daily educational routine. With that said, I cannot stress enough the importance of attendance at school and how it equates to a student’s success. We all understand that circumstances occur outside of our control. I would just encourage everyone that when possible to make every effort to attend school. Finally, we are a little over a week away from Homecoming Week, which is easily the students’ favorite week of the year. Most would think that a school administrator would absolutely dread this week but that could not be further from the truth. There is simply nothing like the creativity and spirit the students put into that week, and I look forward to it every year just as much as they do. As always, if our school can be of any assistance, do not hesitate to contact us. Have a great weekend.
