· Chris Woehl, Executive Director of Technology, LTISD

· Dr. Breithaupt, OD, The Optometry Center for Vision Therapy

SCREENAGERS addresses the most pervasive parenting issue of our time head on—depicting teen struggles over social media, video games and internet addiction.

This is a great opportunity for all parents in our community to come and learn about managing our children in the digital age. We will have an expert panel for discussion after the movie which should be equally informative. This certainly is not an anti-screen event but rather more about everyone finding balance and positive ways to integrate technology into our lives.

Cupcake Friday -- September 29

We'll be celebrating students' August and September birthdays on Friday, September 29. Each classroom has a Cupcake Coordinator who helps us to determine which parents are dropping off cupcakes and healthy snacks the morning of September 29. If you are scheduled by the Cupcake Coordinator to bring cupcakes or snacks, please be certain to drop them off at the front desk no later than noon on the 29th. A LIST OF INGREDIENTS MUST BE ATTACHED to any homemade cupcakes/snacks that are to be delivered to a nut-free class. Nut-free classes are those of Brymer, Kearns, Ali, Johnson, Arbour, Kogler, Figueiredo, Gallenkamp, Crump, Arrivo, Delmark, and Sabochick.

The cupcakes and snacks are delivered by our "Cupcake Fairies" to the classrooms just prior to dismissal. Cupcake Fridays are noted on our school website calendar, and here is a handy list of them:
