Family Reading Night, January 30
Get ready for a cozy night of reading with your family! Dryden's annual Family Reading Night will be on Thursday, January 30 at 6:30 PM. Wear your jammies and get ready to listen to stories read to you and your whole family by your favorite Dryden staff members. The PTA Book Fair will be set up in the LMC that night, so you can purchase some great books, too! Family Reading Night will end at 8:00 PM after a whole group story and bedtime snack (chocolate chip cookies - ingredients are listed below) in the gym, but the book fair will be open until 8:30 PM.
PTA Book Club
The PTA Book Club begins on Tuesday, February 4. The club will run during the first three lunchtimes in February. This year's theme is Kindness. If your child is interested in participating, please complete the registration form by January 31.
There is no cost to the students for this program. Book Clubbers will discuss the book each week with their peers using the Literature Circle method. Participating students will receive the chosen book from the Dryden PTA!
