William Shakespeare was born and raised in Stratford, England. His baptism was recorded on April 23, 1564.
"On November 27, 1582, Shakespeare married 26 year-old Anne Hathaway who was six months pregnant at the time. Together, they had three children: Susanna and twins Hamnet and Judith."
Due to culture of his time, people think that Shakespeare stopped attending school at the age of 15.

Nobody knows Shakespeare’s true birthday. It’s celebrated on April 23rd but this was three days before his baptism which was recorded on April 26th, 1564. However, as Shakespeare was born under the old calendar, what was April 23rd during Shakespeare’s life would actually be May 3rd according to today’s modern calender.
Shakespeare’s father had a lot of different jobs, and at one point he got paid to drink beer.
Nobody knows what Shakespeare did between 1585 and 1592.
The Birthplace is the Shakespeare Centre, a contrasting modern glass and concrete visitors centre which forms the headquarters of the Shakespeare Birthplace Trust which opened in 1964
