Coronavirus Precautionary Measures
- Washing hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds (We are encouraging the students to say the "Our Father" while they wash since it takes approximately 20 seconds to recite);
- Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands;
- Covering coughs and sneezes with a tissue and immediately throwing the tissue away, or using the elbow of your sleeve when a tissue is not available;
- Avoiding close contact with people who are sick;
- Staying home when sick and keeping children home when they are sick;
- Cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched objects and surfaces.
Let's be vigilant in adhering to the above recommendations, so that we may protect one another and hopefully prevent the virus from spreading.
In situations like these, rumors may cause unnecessary reaction & panic. We encourage you to get information from credible sources. The City of Houston has created a website with updates, key messages & more at HoustonHealth.org. Also, the CDC (Center for Disease Control in Atlanta, Georgia) is providing updates at https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/about/index.html.

Raffle Holiday- Yes! CCCS can win a raffle holiday on the Monday after Spring Fling , April 27th. School goal is $16K; We get the holiday if we reach our goal!
The CCCS community supports the parish Spring Fling raffle with the sales of raffle tickets. A portion of the proceeds benefit our students by providing operating dollars to the school. This fundraiser helps to bridge the gap between tuition fees and the actual cost to educate each student.
Ticket counters needed! We need help with counting raffle tickets on “Ticket Turn in Thursdays” beginning March 26th and on the last Friday in April. Meet in the Jones room at 8:00 a.m. for coffee and counting. Parents, this is a great way to earn volunteer hours!
