Ban On Smoking in Bars In Wisconsin

The ban on smoking in bars and restaurants in Wisconsin started on July 5, 2010 . It was started so that people who don't smoke are not subjected to a smoky environment. Second hand smoke is believed by many to be worse. Second hand smoke can also cause cancer and sickness. Now people in Wisconsin can enjoy their meal without having someone on the table next to them smoking and ruining their experience. People can have fun in bars without leaving and smelling like an ashtray. The bar and restuarant owners and the smokers are probably not very happy about this law. For most people, it is a good thing and they can go out without putting their health at risk.

The Effects Of Weed

Do you know how bad smoking weed is for you? There are a lot of myths today that it is not that bad. Some states are even making it legal. However, it is still not a great choice.

The effects of weed are rapid heart rate, increased blood pressure, increased rate of breathing, red eyes, dry mouth, increased appetite, or "the munchies", and slowed reaction time. Psychological Effects are distorted sence of time, paranoia, magical or "random" thinking, short-term memory loss, anxiety and depression. Next time you are at a party and someone offers you weed or any drug, think twice, it ireally isn't that good.

Underage Drinking

You can posses alcohol with your parent or gaurdian around. You can drink alcohol with a parent or gaurdion around. You cannot buy alcohol underage because of law reasons. You cannot furnish alcohol to a minor execpt a parent or gaurdion. Bars cannot serve you beer enless your 18 but the parent can buy the alcohol for you when you are there.

The best birth control is abstinence because you are not haveing sex so you can not get pregnant. Abstinence is one of the safest ways to prevent pregnancy — there are no side effects. Abstinence is 100% effective in preventing pregnancy. Although many birth control methods can have high rates of success if used properly, they can fail occasionally. You want to make sure you are in a healthy relationship before you have sex.

What Is An Healthy Relationship

Unhealthy relationships leave peope feeling uncomfortable, sad, and afraid. Its hard to admit when someone isnt treating you well or respectful, especially when the person is a lover. When you have a boyfriend or get married these are the things you want in the relationship. Open communication, Intimacy, Physical affection, Fairness & Negotiation, Shared responsibility, Respect, Trust & support, and Honesty & responsibility. Accept nothing less the then best when you are in a relationships. Relationships should be happy and fun and loving, if not, get out!!!!!

HIV

HIV is a virus that can develop into AIDS. You can get the HIV virus from dirty needles, sexual contact, blood transfuison, child birth, and Breastfeeding.  HIV is not transmitted though Saliva, tears, sweat, feces, or urine, hugging, kissing, massage shakeing hands insect bites, Living in the same house with someone who has HIV, and Sharing showers or toilets with someone with HIV.  How to not get HIV you must prevent the blood, semen, vaginal fluids, or breast milk of someone who is infected from entering your body through your mouth, vagina, anus, tip of your penis, or breaks in your skin.

Abuse

Everyday people get abused it could be sexual, physcial, mental, or emotional. Abuse can effect anyone from men, women, children, and senoirs. You can be abused over the internet, at school, work, in public, mainly anywhere. They are ways to prevent the abuse to stop it you can do anything to stop and prevent it. If you know anybody that is being abused or hurt stand up for them.

Healthy Food

Healthy food you should eat is vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and healthy protein. You should always eat healthy food because its good for your body. You should always eat some protein everyday because it is good for you. You need fruit in your diet because its good for your health. You should always eat whole grain because it is better than just wheat.
