Physical Property
Physical property is a characteristic that can be observed without changing the substance into something else.
A non example that is often confused with physical property would be a physical change, such as molding clay.

Chemical Property
A chemical property is a characteristic that is observed when a substance interacts with another substance. Like physical properties, chemical properties are used to classify substances.
A non example of chemical property would be the density of something.

Physical Change
Physical change is when a substance's form changes but is not transformed into another substance.
A non example would be burning wood.

Freezing water into ice
Breaking glass
Crumpled ball of paper
Chemical Change
A chemical change is when a substance has a reaction with another substance, creating a new substance.
A non example of chemical change is painting a car.
The four indicators of chemical change are change in color, change in temperature, release of a solid, and release of a gas.
