healthy vs.nonhealty



Should we cut out junk food ? my paper will be about unhealthy food

There are some food that are not healthy also candy cause weight gain and high blood pressure .Infract soda can cause irregular heart beat. Last fast food can cause cardiovascular disease .

There are foods that are healthy .Next kiwis has vitamin c boots the immune system and fights stress .And aging .Then mangos can prevents cancer and clears the skin .


My advice would be that we should cut off bad food so you can live healthy life and feel better
