Amendments 1 and 8
Amendment 1
The first amendment of the Constitution is one that gives you the freedom of religion, speech, press, assembly, and right to petition. In December 1791, this amenment was ratified along with the other nine amendments known as the Bill of Rights.

Amendment 8
The eighth amendment of the Constitution says that excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted. This amendment was also ratified in December 1791, because it is a part of the Bill of Rights.
