What are Corals?

These carnivorous invertebrates and often misconceived as plants, but corals are in fact considered animals. They produce sexually or asexually, and are native to warm ocean waters.

Why they are great homes!?

Coral reefs contain types of algae which provide food for other types of organisms. Their intricate structure provides protection from predators and strong tides.

Where Corals Thrive

Coral reefs prefer warm, shallow waters. The water must be clear so that light can easily shine through to the corals.
