September is National Suicide Prevention Month and all month, mental health advocates, prevention organizations, allies, and the general public unite to spread the word about suicide prevention awareness, and what actions we can all take to prevent suicide. PUSD joins the national campaign to inform and engage our staff, students, and families on warning signs of suicide and suicide prevention. With this infographic, PUSD’s THRIVE: School Mental Health department aims to inform staff about key warning signs of possible suicidal thoughts or intent, and what actions staff can take to support and help students who may be at risk for suicide.
