Schedule Change Request Forms
EVERY schedule change (adding or dropping) requires a Schedule Change Request Form.
Please be aware that changes can't be guaranteed. Changes are based on administration approval and seat availability. Dislike for a teacher, disciplinary problems, desire to be with friends, lunch changes, or failing grades are not valid reasons for requesting a schedule change. Parents & students may not request a specific teacher or team.
Turning in a complete form does NOT mean that your schedule has been changed.. Follow your current schedule until you receive a revised schedule from your school counselor.
Priority for schedule change requests will be given to students who submit their forms within the first ten days of school. (September 21, 2020)
No schedule change requests will be accepted AFTER September 25, 2020.
If your request is denied, you will receive an email with explanation.
Please know that Encore Quarter class changes will not be granted, due to seat availability and encouragement that every student tries a variety of elective classes during their middle school years.
Please select the appropriate grade level form and complete it to request a schedule change. See links below.
