Charter School Week
Please join the celebration by wearing your Concord Academy Petoskey swag this
Monday, May 9th.
#ChartersLead Letters
On behalf of the MI charter school community, schools & advocates from across the Mitten are encouraged to participate by "writing" a letter to MI legislators. Our students have been busy this week creating hand-written letters and drawings that will be hand-delivered to MI legislators on Tuesday, May 10, 2022. Please join us in letting lawmakers know just how amazing charter schools are by clicking on the button below and filling in the form. Thank you for your support!

- MS/HS - Tuesday, May 17th
- Elementary - Thursday, May 19th
- Please Note: Students must be picked up from Northern Lights at 2:45. No unattended students may stay past the pick-up time regardless of age/driving status.
- Please remember to turn in your permission slip as soon as possible
- A Volunteer Form needs to be filled out by any parent/caretaker/student driver with the front office. A copy of their driver's license and proof of insurance is also needed.
If you have any questions, please contact Joy Bolinger at jbolinger@concordpetoskey.com.

Social and Emotional Learning
I have missed writing the last few months when we have talked about Kindness, Perseverance, Communication (including learning to express oneself with an "I" statement) and Problem Solving. In May we will focus K-12 on College and Career Readiness and completing work in Xello. We will celebrate the decisions of our Seniors!
Sandwich Program
I hope you have all enjoyed this amazing collaboration this year. If you happen to get into Parkside Deli in Petoskey this summer you could also personally express your gratitude to Chef Sarah. The last day of sandwiches will be Thursday May 26th.
NO SANDWICH PROGRAM IN JUNE
Are you in need of any groceries? We will need to clear out our Concord Corner by the end of the year. Please let me know.
