It was so great to see everyone at the Fall Festival! A big, BIG thanks to our wonderful PTO for making such a special event for all of us. I was dunked over 20 times in the dunk tank. It was a very fun evening.
This week we hope to see everyone at the annual Humphrey Campus Veterans Day Program this Thursday, November 10th at 8:30 a.m. We will honor Veterans with speeches and songs. Families are welcome! Before the assembly, Humphrey Campus staff will host a continental breakfast in the courtyard starting at 7:45 a.m. Veterans wishing to join us for breakfast can RSVP using the form link below.
Please also use the link so we can of recognize ALL active, retired, and deceased members of the Humphrey Military Community. The form needs to be completed for each family member you would like to have recognized at our Humphrey Campus Veterans Day Ceremony. A hard copy of the form was also sent home last week.

Willis Junior High School Showcase - November 17th

I wanted to invite each of you, and your families, to our annual Willis Showcase on November 17 from 6:00 -8:00 p.m. Our showcase is an “open house” format where prospective parents and students have an opportunity to visit Willis, talk to teachers and students, listen to musical performances and learn about the learning experience we offer. We hope to see you there!

Another ACE Giveaway is coming up on November 16th! On Wednesday, November 16th, 1st graders who eat school lunch will have the opportunity to receive a fun give-away item with their meal (while supplies last).

PARENTS ON CAMPUS DURING LUNCH
We will return to welcoming families to come on campus for lunch, but there are some new procedures. Parents will be required to sign in at the office and get a visitor badge. Parents are invited to enjoy lunch with their children on the blue outdoor tables only. Please keep in mind, only your children will be permitted to join you for lunch. Friends will remain in the cafeteria. Please limit lunch visits to once a week to cut down on traffic and crowding.

Chandler CARE Center Information
Please see the links for documents below for more information on all the great services offered at CCC. This includes Active Parents class which teaches families to develop courage, responsibility, and self-esteem in children. They are also offering Strong Parents events which provides ideas for supporting your children academically. Also attached are the medical and event calendars. Please also note the days the Food Bank will be closed for the holidays.
