All Things Baker!
Principal's Message!
I hope you are not getting tired of me saying how much I desperately miss each and every one of you! I am going to keep saying it! Throughout all of this craziness, I have found myself counting my blessings and recognizing how much I need to make sure to appreciate those blessings once we return to our "normal". I appreciated the little things, the hugs, the smiles, the hellos, the chats, the recesses, the lunches, the assemblies! If possible, I appreciate them even more now! All of these things keep me going knowing that soon we will all be back where we belong. I want to encourage everyone to stay positive and give grace to your families and yourself!
Again, I also want to remind you how proud I am of all of your hard work with this new eLearning! You are certainly doing a beautiful job, parents, teachers, and kiddos!
Please continue to reach out with any concerns or questions and we will continue to reach out with any updates and/or information! Please remember, at Baker Elementary we believe In a World Where You Can Be Anything . . . Be Kind!
Sincerely,
Danielle Wallace

Virtual Literacy Night!!
Mark your calendars!
This year's annual Literacy Night will be virtual! There will be a variety of literacy activities that you can do as a family compiled on a Google Site. We will send the link to the Google Site out on Monday, April 20th and leave it open for participation through Thursday, April 23rd. You can choose to do the activities whenever it is convenient for your family over those four days. There will be opportunities for participants to win prizes, so look for directions on how to enter once the site goes live!
Can't wait to "see" you there!!
