Educational Leadership in the 21st Century

School leaders review best practices, examine leadership behaviors, and develop strategies to better support teachers and improve student achievement. Participants discuss ideas and strategies with other leaders in the course and apply them to their own practice.

This course aims to empower school leaders through evaluation of best practices based on a variety of case studies and successful programs to prepare an action plan that will enhance community engagement within their own school systems.

Achieving Growth Through Differentiated Professional Learning

This course, based on Eleanor Drago-Severson’s Leading Adult Learning, promotes a learning-oriented model of school leadership that can help build our schools and school systems as learning centers and mentoring communities for growth.
