Broiling is a dry heat method, you may use for thinner cuts of meat. We allow the fat to drain away with a special pan. The meat should be placed 2-5 inches from the heat source; and guess what, Its Healthy to!
Here's a neat broiling recipe
Grilled Jerk Flank Steak

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons teriyaki marinade and sauce (from 15-oz bottle)
- 1 tablespoon of canola oil
- 2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fo pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeƱo chile with seeds, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 lb beef flank steak
