We are going to have a game day with our 3rd grade buddies. Please help your child pick out a fun game from home to bring on Friday, January 18th. We have talked about some examples of games they have that may be fun to play with our buddies. Ex: Hungry Hippo, Candyland, Chutes and Ladders, Operation, UNO, Headband game, Pop the Pig, etc. You may have some fun games at home that I haven’t thought about yet. Please label the box of the game you send. It will come back home on the same day.

100th Day of School Posters & Dress Up Day
100th Day Posters will be sent home this week for you to start making. Posters need to have 100 items on them. (This can also include different combinations: 10sets of 10, 2 sets of 50, etc) Some possible items could include: paperclips, q-tips, cotton balls, stickers, pennies, small food items, small sticky notes, and buttons. Please think about using hot glue for your child if items are heavy or don't glue well. When they fall off the poster, students are often upset.
100th Day Dress Up Day
Students are invited to dress up like they are 100 years old using items from around home. See note for above for possible ideas.
