The first form of matter is liquid. An example is water, soda, and soap. Liquid can run and has cells that are a little bit apart ( 1-2 mm ).

The next form of matter is a solid. An example of a solid is ice, concrete, and wood. The cells in a solid are compact. That means it is hard and not easy yo break.

The third form of matter is gas. an example is oxygen, helium, water vapor. The cells in gas are not compact. gas is lighter than air.

The fourth form of matter is plasma it is very hot and it can also melt.
