COIN DRIVE - NOV. 25 TO DEC. 17
We will be having our Annual Coin Drive from November 25 to December 17. Our goal this year is $600. Imagine if each student brought in only $1.00, we would meet our goal immediately. If you have any spare change or bills, this is the perfect time to bring it to school and contribute to a great cause.
Every week the class with the most donations will win a party and the teacher will also get a prize. The top two students overall from each grade will win a combined party when we return from break. All money raised will go to buying presents for families in our school that aren't able to buy presents for their kids. Thank you for supporting this project.
CANNED FOOD DRIVE - NOV. 25 TO DEC. 18
We will be having our Canned Food Drive from November 25 to December 18. Our goal this year is to collect one ton of food. All canned food will go to the Stayton Food Bank.
There will be a food theme each Tuesday. All other days students can bring their choice of non-perishable food. Below are the themes.
November 26: Beans
December 4: Rice
December 11: Soup
December 18: Canned Fruit
Every student who brings in food will receive one raffle ticket for each food item. Those tickets will be placed in a drawing for different prizes each week. One ticket per grade will be drawn. Each week the student who brings in the most items from each building will win a $10 Starbucks gift card. The class that brings in the most items will get a party and the teacher of that class will get a prize.
There just might be pie in someone's face if we meet our goal. Thank you for your help in supporting families in our community.
