Don't Kill People

History of The Dont Kill People law
It has been an inhumane to kill a human being since the beginning of time. The first signs of the law is in the Ten Commandments. It states Thou Shall not Kill. Then in England they had a law against murder that carried into the thirteen colonies which is now the United States. Since it has been made into Section 18.2-32.
Written and Unwritten laws
The Written Laws would be the death penalty rule. Another one is Section 18.2-32.
Unwritten Laws would that it is morally wrong to kill someone.

A media piece is on an article of Dexter Lewis who stabbed five people to death in Colorado and was spared the death penalty.
Unwritten rule: Killing is morally wrong
In season 3 episode 07 Spongebob and Mr. Krabs killed a health inspector and knew it was illegal and morally wrong so they tried to get rid of the body.
