Energy Transfer

Conduction
Conduction is the process by which heat energy is transmitted through collisions between neighboring molecules.
Why conduction is happening in this picture?
The heat in the strove is giving energy to the streak by the particles the streak has is tigthly pack that make it easlier so each particle gets energy. That the streak heated enongh to eat.
States of Matter that Conduction can be process energy well and can't process well?
Conduction can process energy well is solids and liquids. That's because sense solids have titghly particles they can transfer energy faster. Same with liquids expect their particles are a little bit loser so they get that energy fast as solids do.
Convection
Convection is usually the dominant form of heat transfer in liquids and gases. That is getting energy from a higher energy to a low energy.
