PLA Mid-Point Gathering

We sure had a great time at the Mid-Point Gathering!

How's the development of your Leadership Plan going? Remember your homework is to develop it and put it into action and find a way to share it within your portfolio.

Have any of you continued to have "AHA" moments of reflection regarding the Animal Personality Style Activity? I hope so! How many of you have figured out your spouse/significant other and/or children?

Below you will find all the documents & information that I told you I would send you.

For those of you that missed Saturday (we missed you!).

If you have any questions, please let any of us know.

Documents to share:

1. Personality Activity--Animal Characteristic Slides & Animal Attributes

2. Animal Leadership Styles Information

3. Leadership Plan Slides

4. Leadership Growth Plan Chart

5. Leadership Wheel

Portfolio Work Day

Thank you to SAISD for hosting another portfolio work day!

Date: Monday, November 12th

Time: 12:30--3:30 pm

Location: SAISD Pickett Family Center CAFETERIA

Basic supplies will be available.

Questions or needs? Contact Lizet.

During our closing session on Friday, November 30th, you will be given the opportunity to share your PLA journey by sharing your portfolio.

Portfolios are due on this day. We do not grade them so no worries about that! Your portfolio is a reflection of your learning during your PLA experience.

There is no right or wrong portfolio. You make it unique to you! If you have any worries or concerns, please let one of us know.

We will hang on to your portfolio and show case them during the graduation ceremony and then you get to take them home!

I promise will take great pride in this work!
