Eating Right

Most people who are on a diet, or who are trying to lose weight get it in their head that they have to eat food that might not taste good or are un appealing to them. That is %100 false! There are many recipes and dishes that taste just as good, if not better, than the dishes that you would be eating is you were not on a diet!

Fast food

Many fast food places will advertise their products or food in a very smart way. Zooming in close up on a McDonald's hamburger during a commercial, seeing the juicy meat inside of it. The layers of the cheeseburger perfectly stacked, and the buns perfectly baked and placed on top of the tomatoes, lettuce, onions, and cheese. It makes me hungry that's for sure! But actually going to McDonald's and buying a cheeseburger, or nuggets isn't always as healthy as you think it may be. McDonalds does start with chicken to make chicken nuggets, then the breast meat is removed and put through a grinder, where it is mixed with chicken skin and seasoning. If that sounds healthy to you then good luck! But I find it disgusting and would much rather eat a healthy homemade meal!

Exercise

When you are trying to loose weight, exceriseing is a great way to loose the extra weight. Most people think that just eating will fix thier problem, but that's not the only way. Walking is an exercise that doesn't require a personal trainer or a fancy gym, but just maybe 10-15 mintutes of your busy day. It's your choice if you want to loose weight, so why not start now?

No matter how slow you go, you are always lapping the person on the couch!
