Wanted: First Year Associate

Business Development Traineeship

Due to the commencement of a number of new and exciting projects we are now recruiting for an early-career administration and business development trainee.

Responsibilities

The trainee will be required to complete routine administrative tasks and project management duties. This may include filing, scheduling, book keeping, travel research and bookings, bill payments and ad-hoc research.

Throughout the course of the traineeship, the candidate will gain valuable product development and process engineering experience. The candidate will be invited to create a structured professional development program and will have access to a range of continuous professional development resources.

About the role

The candidate would be required to work closely with management and customers to develop seamless organisational processes and become an integral member of the team. You would be tasked with coordinating project inputs, ranging from preliminary research through to documentation, resource monitoring, verification and quality control. This is primarily an administrative role.


Location: TBC. We will consider telecommuting for the right candidate.
Hours: 9:30 - 4:30, Monday - Thursday
Qualifications: None required
Languages: English and French fluency
Remuneration: This is a paid opportunity commensurate with experience.

Requirements

  • Solid communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Meticulously organised and well presented

  • English and French fluency essential, other languages an advantage.

Previous experience in hospitality, ecommerce, marketing and customer oriented environments will be well looked upon. We welcome applications from current students and recent graduates.
