My Brain

Although I use both the left and the right side of my brain depending on the thought process necessary, I am most comfortable while using the right side of my brain. That means that I like more spontaneity, expression, nurturing, social and interpersonal activity, imagination and creativity, artistry, holistic, and absract and conceptual thinking, however, I need more structure, control, clarity, focus, direction, respnsiblity, organization, planning, mathmatical and analytical skills, listening skills, and rational and logical thinking.

Decision Making

Behavioral Style

When making decisions I tend to follow the behavioral style. People with that decision making style usually are sociable, friendly, supportive, action oriented and is motivated by acceptance by peers and avoids conflict. Others sometimes perceive my decision making as too concerned about others, wishy washy, can't make hard decisions, and can't say no. The best organizational fit for my type of decision making is one that allows for well designed, people oriented, and group settings.

I focus on more than just words. My communicating style is personal, I express emotion while communitcating, I'm polite and manerly, and I'm indirect. What I get frustrated with most is negativity, conflict and rudness. My core need is a relationship. I am trustworthy, loyal, and friendly, I am blue.
