Weekly Staff Letter
May 8th - May 11th
Keeping with Expectations...
The last few weeks brings out many of the “little things” that can become big things quickly if WE do not address them when they present themselves.
Break time/Classtime: Please keep break times to 5 min, and you must be with them. Remember if you do not have anything educational planned for students to do they will find something and most likely it will be something we do not approve of.
Reminders: It is getting warmer fast...Please address any student who is inappropriately dressed or wearing a hat. If you are not comfortable addressing the student please send an email to us and we will call them out without them knowing it was you ringing the bell on their poor choice of clothing for the day.
DO NOT allow students to draw/write/color on themselves or others. It is the responsibility of us ALL to address it if we see it happening. This creates classroom distractions and a type of competition between the students that gets out of control fast. If it does not wash off they will be sent home.
If you hear whining on either the dress code or writing on themselves please make me the bad guy. If students choose not to follow your directives please send them to the office. Again, make me and the rule the reason you have to send them.
