NH STATEWIDE ASSESSMENT INFORMATION
Just as a reminder every year, New Hampshire public and charter school are required by state law (RSA 193-C) and federal accountability laws to assess students using standardized assessment.
South Meadow School will be testing on the following days:
Tuesday, May 16th
Thursday, May 18th
Friday, May 19th
Tuesday, May 23rd
In order to ensure the success of our students, we are asking parents to be sure their students have charged their chromebooks, have had a good breakfast, are well rested, and ready to test. If you could also be sure they have a pencil and something they could read or have a quiet activity in case they complete the tests early we would greatly appreciate it.
The schedule for these days will be as follows:
7:20 – 7:25 Arrival & Attendance
7:25 – 7:55 C Block
7:55 – 8:25 D Block
8:25 – 10:55 Testing by GRADE LEVEL TEAMS

Summer Learning Opportunity
Good Afternoon,
It is time to register your child for Summer Learning. Please use the following link to sign your child(dren) up by April 7th. An early registration will ensure that we have the staff and resources to host a robust summer learning program.
Explore and Expand and Summer Academy will begin on July 5th and run through July 27th. The programs are either 3 or 4 mornings a week depending on the grade of your child(dren). A more detailed description of summer learning opportunities can be found in the registration form.
Similar to last year, all summer programming is free including transportation and lunch. Please note that we are working to increase the number of buses so that there are additional common pick-up and drop-off locations for students. We will work closely with town summer Recreation Programs to coordinate so that children may participate in both rec. programming as well as ConVal summer learning.
Please reach out with any questions!
Best,
Amy Janoch
