Flipping Forward with Purpose
We have covered a variety of topics just in the last two sessions together including School Improvement (analyzing MAP and NeSA), PBIS, and Student Goal Setting.
This month, you will be updated on our RtI, School Improvement Process, and Student Engagement Challenge for the month of October. As a reminder, we will begin promptly at 3:30 p.m. Based on the areas that need to be addressed consider spending approx. 10-12 minutes on each topic.

For K-6th grade teachers - Please submit a list of students in your grade level who are in the RtI process, and have an active Pink Folder.

Determine if additional adjustments need to be made to the "RtI Process/Procedures" attachment from above.

School Improvement Update
In addition to reviewing data and proposing grade level goals, our SIP team reviewed our current "Purpose and Direction" statement. We are seeking additional feedback regarding our current statement, and then determine if we need to make adjustments/revisions.

Review the Grade Level School Improvement Goals for Reading and Math. We (SIP team) are proposing the following: Here
"At Staff Meeting Task" -
1. As a grade level, determine if you are in agreement with the Reading and Math goal for your grade level. If you disagree with your specific grade level goal, please include your feedback in your grade level area using the link above.
2. Review our current "Purpose and Direction" statement below. Determine if there are any adjustments/revisions that need to be made (statement or wording).
Consider: Is this statement easy to remember? Is this statement student-friendly?
