The annual Science Fair is approaching. We hope you will join us on Saturday, April 29. The judging appointments will occur from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm and the public viewing of the projects will be from 2:30 pm - 3:30 pm. The event will again take place at The Connect 44 Center. Led by members of the District 44 Administration and Kaveria Lezza, Founder of Building Love Amongst Cultures, we are hopeful you will take part in this experience meant to break down walls and bring together our community.

Members of the World Expo Planning Team, who serve various roles as part of the district's multilingual program, were on hand to present about the upcoming World Expo event. This team has been working tirelessly to make the event a tremendous success for the entire Lombard District 44 community.

The event will take place on March 9 from 5:30-7:30 pm at The Connect Center. The goal of the event is to celebrate the diversity of our students and their families and create greater community connections.

At the meeting, the Board upheld the decision of the administration continue with a one-way dual language program.Superintendent Dr. Ted Stec released a communication to families currently in the program with additional information.
